ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ all of these Terms and Conditions as it details your rights and responsibilities for your recent order. If you need to make an inquiry, do not respond to this email. Send an email to: info@weechita.org. These Order Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Please read them each time you place an order. 

Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Out Secure Sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.  We work hard to insure a safe, secure site.
 
IF YOUR ORDER IS FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS
You will receive and email from our system when it has been shipped. If your order is being shipped via FedEx, you will receive an email from FedEx with the tracking number when it enters their system, provided that your spam filters accept the email. If your order is being shipped via USPS (United States Post Office), you will receive an email from USPS with the tracking number when it enters their system. We cannot be responsible for bad email addresses or misdirected emails.
 
If we are having a sale on multiple items, shipping can be delayed 3-5 business days. The online system configures all orders to be placed in one box. This is not always possible due to the size of the products or the box size limitations. If your items will not fit in one box, you may incur additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will email you if your order is affected by box size limitations and provide you with the additional costs.
 
If your order is $200 or more, it will be shipped signature required. FedEx calls their service "direct signature required" and USPS calls their service "signature confirmation service". These "Signature" service ensure that our customer's merchandise is being delivered to them and not left unattended on a porch or doorway.
IF YOUR ORDER IS FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Your order will ship as soon as the merchandise arrives from the manufacturer. Expect delivery in 6-12 weeks after the deadline date stated in the product description on our web site. Manufacturer ship dates vary so we do not know exactly when we will receive your products. We do not control delivery from the manufacturers. However, we will begin shipping within a day of the product arriving at our warehouse. All pre-order items are subject to cancellation by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer cancels an item, you will be notified by us and your entire purchase price plus any shipping fees will be refunded via the original payment method.
BILLING
Please note that the billing on your credit card statement will be under the name Hotter'N Hell Hured.
RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS 
We offer exchanges or returns on most all our products. Please email Sandy at info@weechita.org to set up a return or exchange. 

MISDIRECTED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Hotter'N Hell Hundred is not responsible for lost shipments stemming from incorrect shipping addresses, theft, or carrier errors. In the event a situation arises, necessitating package forwarding, we are in no way responsible for ensuring delivery. Customers are responsible for any costs of reshipment.

Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to the protection your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship out your product in a timely manner. We ship out purchases at least two days a week, excluding the week of and after the Hotter’N Hell Hundred. Most if not all of our stock will be available at the HHH Consumer Show in HHH Sales Booth.
